Cognitive Support Groups

Our cognitive support services help people stay connected, engaged and confident in everyday life.

Our Cognitive Groups

Through conversation, creativity, music and shared activities, we create opportunities to keep minds active, build connections and enjoy meaningful experiences together.

Whether you’re looking for support, routine, companionship or simply a welcoming place to take part, we’re here to help people live well with dementia, at their own pace.

Most importantly, it’s a chance to connect, join in and spend time with others in a supportive environment.
