We are looking for a Dementia Group Facilitator for:
9 hours per week. (With opportunities to increase dependant on future funding opportunities)
This covers:

• Art group lead facilitator: 3 hours weekly
• Barton Cognitive Stimulation activity group facilitator: 3 hours fortnightly
• Client support 3 hours fortnightly
• Floating support 3 hours per week. To support annual cover and services which may need additional occasional support.

This is a role for someone with confidence and experience in facilitating activity groups for people with dementia and will require some versatility and adaptability within the working week.
