Tibbs Dementia Foundation (TDF) is seeking a talented and energetic Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our county-wide services. As a key member of our team, you will lead dedicated staff and volunteers, ensuring the efficient delivery of our 52 regular services while maintaining the warm, friendly ethos that sets TDF apart. Your problem-solving skills and fresh ideas will be instrumental in developing and enhancing our working processes and practices to ensure our services retain their relaxed, community driven spirit whilst ensuring quality and best practice shines throughout.

This is a unique opportunity, and your role will be multifaceted: leading teams, ensuring safety and quality of services, and collaborating with the Chief Executive Officer on strategic initiatives.
